I mean it in a good way when I say that The Human Race prompts the listener to question their values with an air facetiousness. By presenting socially conscious songs in relatable and non-preaching ways, songs like “Better Not Touch” (available to download for free on his website) poetically mock our silly human tendancies with both levity and seriousness. Adam Carter (the man behind The Human Race) is a musician I know from my Hamilton days and I was thrilled to see that he brought along my favourite Hawaiin Vampire, Chris Cunningham (the man behind the comics we are working on in Season 2) as a surprise guest for the show.
