Like a female fronted City and Colour, Stacey Howchin (also known as Outlet The Girl) writes catchy, emotive acoustic tunes that could easily be performed with a full band, but don’t need to be, because of the strong vocal performances and full-feeling chord structures. She records all of her original tunes on GarageBand and has also done a number of great covers that you can find on her YouTube channel.
