All For Nothing is a high energy act out of Burlington, Ontario, Canada that I met at my first show in Hamilton (back in my days with Purl of Surf). It was a battle of the bands and we both lost to an industrial/experimental band called VOSQQ (I have gigged with these guys on a number of occasions with their other project: Letterbox Black). This past fall, I reunited with All For Nothing when we both performed in the Harris Institute’s Confidential Records Showcase and invited them to come on the webcast.
It was exciting for me to see how much they have grown as performers since our last gig together, 4 years ago. Edgey in a loveable way, All For Nothing is a band of down to earth punk rockers that you can’t help but forgive when they’re blasting their guitars and jumping on your new couch in dirty sneakers.
